What does KeyMart sell?
KeyMart is an online store focused on digital software licenses and software-related products. Our current catalog includes selected Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office licenses. We plan to expand our catalog with additional software, productivity tools, digital subscriptions, and other technology products.
How will I receive my software license?
Products are delivered digitally to the email address entered during checkout. Once your payment has been reviewed and approved, we process your order and send the applicable product key, download information, and activation instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed after payment verification. We aim to review and process orders within 24 hours, although many orders may be completed sooner. Orders requiring additional payment or security verification may take longer.
How do I activate Windows?
For Windows products, you will receive a product key with basic activation instructions. Generally, Windows activation can be completed through the Activation section in Windows Settings.

What if my Windows or Office key does not activate?
Contact KeyMart Support and provide your Order ID, the exact activation error, and clear screenshots or a screen recording showing the issue.
Our team will review the information and, where appropriate, provide troubleshooting assistance or a replacement according to our Refund Policy.
Can I use one license on multiple computers?
Only where the applicable license terms permit it. Do not assume that purchasing one product key gives you unlimited installations. Microsoft notes, for example, that most Windows copies are licensed for one PC unless different licensing terms apply. Microsoft Support
Do you provide installation support?
We provide reasonable assistance relating to products purchased from KeyMart, including basic installation, download, and activation guidance. For an activation problem, send us the exact error rather than repeatedly attempting different activation methods.
Are payments processed automatically?
While our automated payment system is being developed, selected payment methods may require customers to upload payment proof. Orders are processed only after payment has been verified by our team.
Will KeyMart add more products?
Yes. We intend to expand beyond our current Windows and Office catalog with additional software licenses, digital products, and subscription-based services.
