Whether you need help with a Windows license, Microsoft Office license, product activation, software download, order status, or digital delivery, the KeyMart support team is available to assist with purchases made through our store.
Order Support
For questions about an existing order, please include:
- Your Order ID
- Email address used at checkout
- Product purchased
- A short explanation of the issue
Never publish or send your full product key anywhere except through a support channel when specifically necessary for resolving your case.
Activation Support
If your software does not activate, send us the exact error message along with a clear screenshot or screen recording.
Activation failures can occur for different reasons, including edition mismatches, licensing limitations, hardware changes, or problems with a product key. Microsoft similarly documents several different causes of Windows activation failure. Microsoft Support

Before Contacting Support
Please make sure you are installing the correct software edition for the license you purchased. For example, a Windows Pro key should be used with the corresponding supported Windows Pro edition rather than a different edition.
